Who We Are

Housefund.com.gh is the platform for solving the perennial affordable housing problems in Ghana. Starting with our Monthly Rental model, we help renters by allowing them to pay monthly while we crowdsource funds from individuals to pay landlords their preferred 2 or more years advance payment.

Investors who want to support a project just need to visit our website, review a particular project, make payment online (debit/credit cards, mobile money) with as low as GHC 500 (85 dollars) and start earning at 17-20% per year.

Richard Dogbe

Managing Director

Richard Dogbe brings on board the grit and experience of founding and running Ghana's leading staffing agency JobHouse Ghana since 2010. He holds both MBA (Marketing) and BA (Information Studies) from University of Ghana, Legon.

Divine K. Aggor

Board Member, CEO of Rentchamber

Divine is the founder of Rentchamber, the holding company of Housefunder. He is passionate about affordable housing solutions. He is a certified Project Manager and has the focus and grit to steer projects to success. He pursued the E4Impact MBA from ALTIS, Italy and had his B. A. Honors from UG, Legon.

Patrick E. Agamah

Board Member

Patrick Holds an MBA (Finance) and BA (Psychology) both from University of Ghana, Legon. With many years of experience as investment banker, he brings wealth of experience on board.
